Turn your wave into an up-do
HOW TO CREATE AN EASY UP-DO
Now that you've added texture in your hair with waves, we can now create a fun and simple up-do. See below if you'd like to see how to make a simple wave.
Tip:If you use a little bit of wax, it'll make the look easier to create.
1) Separate your hair into two parts, top and bottom. Tie the top part of your hair with a small elastic and make it loose.
2) Take the top knot and place your fingers and the middle. Spread the knot by pulling left and right to create a hole. Now lift the pony tail and pull through the hole you just made. We call this a "kururin-pa" in Japanese.
3) Tug under the knot left and right to tighten and lift the band.
4) Using the top and bottom separations, make a braid.
5) Continue to do this until you've created a full braid.
6) When completed, loosen the braid a little by pulling both sides.
7) Roll up the braid and pin under the "kururin-pa." Use more pins if there are any loose hairs. To hold, use some finishing spray.
8) Decorate with a cute hair clip!
